- Around Europe Technicians (Ancona, Leghorn, Genova, Viareggio, Naples, Rome, Venice, South France, Barcellona, Miami and Caribbean island, Dubai) available to go on board for support
Extended/custom service agreements can be discussed.
CUSTOMER WEB PORTAL
A dedicated web portal provides customer the following informations:
- Service informations (vessel identifier, satellite modem s/n, IP plan, service class)
- Usage historical data (traffic graphs) and signal levels
- Near-real time (5-minute timeframe) data on terminal status (acquired/out of network), geo-localization (textual and map-based), active TCP sessions
- satellite modem reachability / latency test (via ping)
